What is CorporateClub.ch?
CorporateClub.ch is a closed benefits network that allows employees of participating companies to discover the best places, services & products in Geneva at discounted prices.
Is buying on CorporateClub safe?
Absolutely. When you purchase on CorporateClub.ch, your credit card number is encrypted and transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. We process payments with Stripe - one of the world's largest and best known international e-payment providers.
How do I buy an offer / voucher?
If you see an offer you like, just click the "Buy" button before the offer ends and buy a voucher. The voucher will be available in your My Vouchers page immediately or 24h after the sale. To redeem the voucher, just print it and present it directly at the service provide (unless otherwise stated).
Do I need to print my voucher in order to use it?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, you need to present a printed voucher (not an e-version) to the Service Provider in order to redeem the voucher.
Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?
No. You just need to use it before the expiration date.
Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?
CorporateClub vouchers can only be used by a CorporateClub member or by his/her spouse or children.
If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I get cash back, or use the remainder later?
Unless otherwise stated you have to use the full value of the voucher in one visit, and you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.
Can I return a voucher?
You can cancel your purchase if the sale is still open on CorporateClub (and as long as it's not yet sold-out) by contacting us (see full Terms & Conditions, section 10). Once the sale ends you can't return or change a voucher.
What if the business I bought a voucher for closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher, we'll do everything in our power to make sure you get your money back. We can't guarantee the result, but we'll do our best.
